Ray-Ban Eyewear

Few names carry the weight of Ray-Ban. Since 1937, when the brand first shaped an aviator lens to cut glare for American pilots, Ray-Ban has stayed close to a simple idea: eyewear should be built to last, worn without fuss, and look as good in ten years as it does today. That is still the case with every Ray-Ban frame we carry at Vision Optique.

Design Philosophy

Ray-Ban has never chased trends so much as set them. Its strength lies in a small set of silhouettes, refined over decades rather than reinvented each season: the Wayfarer's bold, upswept frame; the Clubmaster's browline contrast of acetate and metal; the Aviator's thin, teardrop-shaped lens. Newer additions like the Justin and Reverse styles apply that same restraint to more contemporary shapes. The result is a catalogue where nothing feels disposable.

Signature Collections at Vision Optique

Our current Ray-Ban range spans several of the brand's defining collections. The Ray-Ban Sunglasses collection includes the oversized Mega Wayfarer and Mega Clubmaster, the two-tone Wayfarer Color Mix, the rounded Round Metal, the rectangular Justin and Warren, the irregular-shaped Zena and RB2218, and the Reverse and RB4349I square frames. We also stock the Ray-Ban x A$AP Rocky rimless and full-frame styles, a rare collaboration line built on Ray-Ban's rimless engineering with gold and black finishes.

A Few Favourites

Among our most requested styles: the Ray-Ban Justin RB4165, the Ray-Ban Round Metal RB3447, and the Ray-Ban Mega Wayfarer RB0840S.

Who Ray-Ban Suits

Ray-Ban's biggest strength is its range of face-shape coverage. The Wayfarer and Clubmaster styles are cut for round and oval faces that suit strong, angular lines. The Round Metal and Aviator-inspired shapes soften square or angular jawlines. Rectangular styles like the Justin and Warren sit well on smaller or heart-shaped faces. If you are unsure which shape works for you, our in-store team will fit you against a few options rather than guess from a size chart.

Why Customers Choose Ray-Ban

Two things keep customers coming back to this brand: build quality and consistency. Ray-Ban's acetate is dense and holds its shape, its metal hinges are built for daily use, and because the line changes slowly, a frame you love now will not look dated in a year. It is also one of the few sunglasses brands where prescription and non-prescription buyers can choose from the same core styles.

Caring for Your Ray-Ban

Acetate frames should be wiped with a microfibre cloth and stored in a hard case when not worn — heat and pressure are the two things that shorten a frame's life. Metal-framed styles benefit from an occasional hinge check, which we can do for you in-store. For a fuller routine, see our guide on caring for luxury eyewear.

Why Buy Your Ray-Ban from Vision Optique

Vision Optique has been fitting eyewear since 1994, and every Ray-Ban frame we sell is sourced as authentic stock, not grey-market imports. Buying in-store means you can try a frame against your own face shape and prescription needs before deciding, have it adjusted by hand on the spot, and — if you wear prescription lenses — have ZEISS lenses glazed into the frame by our team rather than ordering a fixed pair online.
