At Vision Optique, we take utmost care to ensure that all eyewear products are delivered in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Delhi NCR via Porter.
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹10,000.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, traffic, and product availability.

Returns Eligibility

Returns or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:

Manufacturing defects
Physical damage during transit

To be eligible for a return or replacement, customers must provide a clear box opening video recorded at the time of receiving the product. The video must clearly show the unopened package, the unboxing process, and the issue observed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Contact lenses or spectacle lenses once the box is opened
Products without a box opening video
Issues related to prescription accuracy once confirmed by the customer
Damage caused due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after verification of the issue.
Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
