By accessing or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in accordance with Indian law.

It outlines the terms of use, rights, and responsibilities of both Vision Optique and its customers (“Users”, “You”, “Your”).

3. Eligibility

By using this Website, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

4. Product Information & Accuracy

We take utmost care to ensure all product information, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, inadvertent errors may occur. Vision Optique reserves the right to correct such errors or update details at any time without prior notice.
Product images are for representation purposes only; actual colors or packaging may vary slightly.

5. Orders, Payment & Pricing

  • All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders are processed only after full or confirmed payment through secure, approved payment gateways.

  • Vision Optique reserves the right to cancel or reject any order in case of suspected fraud, payment failure, or unavailability of stock.

  • Any refund, if applicable, will be processed as per our Return & Replacement Policy, in compliance with Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Local Delivery (Gurugram):

    • Stock frames and sunglasses are delivered within 1–2 hours of order confirmation.

    • Prescription eyewear (frames with lenses) are delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on lens type and customization.

  • Outside Gurugram:
    Customers may arrange their own courier (e.g., Porter, Dunzo) and pay shipping charges directly to the carrier. Vision Optique will assist with packaging and pickup coordination but is not liable for delays, damages, or loss once the product leaves our store.

7. Returns & Replacements

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products received by the customer.

  • Prescription and custom lenses are non-returnable.

  • A package opening/unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage-related return.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and products must reach Vision Optique within 7 days of delivery.

  • Claims without proper evidence or delayed beyond this period will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

8. Warranty

All frames, sunglasses, and lenses sold by Vision Optique are 100% genuine and come with the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, scratches, or wear and tear.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid purchase invoice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vision Optique shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from product use or inability to use the Website.

  • Any delay or default in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays or natural events.

Under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Vision Optique operates as an intermediary and is not responsible for third-party delivery or payment gateway issues.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website, including images, text, product information, graphics, and design, is owned by Vision Optique and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999.
Reproduction, modification, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect personal information only for order processing, communication, and customer support, in compliance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

Vision Optique reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website after any change implies acceptance of the updated terms.
